Overview

Yala National Park boasts the highest density of leopards in the world. You can spot these apex predators wandering in the wilderness during a safari.

If you do not like a normal jeep tour or 7 hours jeep tour you can reserve a full day safari jeep tour. In a full day safari jeep tour we guarantee that you will see a lot of animals at Yala National Park.

Morning Safari

Tour duration: 4.30 am to 10.00 am

Our morning safari jeep tour starts at around 4.30 am from your hotel. We will reach the ticket center around 5.45 am. We enter the park around 6.00 am. Our first target is to see the majestic leopards and bears. You can also see elephants, tuskers, birds, crocodiles, jackals and other animals along the way. At around 8.30 am we reach Pattanagalla beach or Manik River. At around 9.30 am we have a short break. You can get down from the jeep to visit the area and take photos. Thereafter we drop you off at your hotel around 10.00 am.

Afternoon Safari

Tour duration: 1.30 pm to 6.00 pm

Our afternoon safari jeep tour starts around 1.30 pm from your hotel. We will reach the ticket center around 1.50 pm. We enter the park around 2.00 pm. Our first target is to see the majestic leopards and bears. You can also see elephants, tuskers, birds, crocodiles, jackals and other animals along the way. At around 3.30 pm we reach Pattanagalla beach or Manik River. You can get down from the jeep to visit the area and take photos. Thereafter we drop you off at your hotel around 7.00 pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.This service is provided by a 3rd party person/company. Kindly note that upon Initial correspondence, you will be contacting the owner/advertiser of this Activity directly. Any correspondence, transactions (apart from the initial 10% deposit) and agreements will be between you and the owner/advertiser directly. We do not guarantee their services or are responsible for services provided by advertisers. We advise you to take precaution when making any payments or signing any agreements. If making any payments we recommend that you have two permanent & verified methods of contact of the payment receiver such as their landline number and home/business address. By contacting the advertiser you will be agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

2. Please use the “Inquiry” form to send us your details including number of travelers, arriving date & Contact details such as Email, Viber or WhatsApp numbers. Upon verifying the details, we will send you further information along with the payment details

3. Rates vary depending on the time of the year and the number of people travelling. Get in touch with us at sales@visit2srilanka.com, if you’re interested in this particular itinerary or after a customized Activity

4. Note – The starting point of the tour is Yala. However, if you want us to pick you up from a different location, we can arrange it at an extra cost.

5. Dress Code : Casual, Comfortable clothing and need to wear appropriately when visiting Religious Sites

6. ‘No Show’ will not be entitled to any refunds.

7. Payments: In order to confirm your Activity, 10% deposit of the full payment is required upon confirmation. Balance 90% should be paid 24 hours prior to departure of the commence activity Or at the time of pick up from the Colombo Air Port for those who commence the activity upon arrival in Sri Lanka.

8. Our Cancellation/refund Policy:

90 days or more before departure -We will retain 10% of Deposit
89 to 64 days before departure -We will retain 25% of Deposit
63 to 43 days before departure -We will retain 50% of Deposit
42 to 31 days before departure -We will retain 75% of Deposit
Within 30 days of departure -We will retain 100% of Deposit

10. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in your activity price. It is your responsibility to verify whether your local health/travel insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling.
We strongly encourage and advise you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your activity including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
